This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled in the app "SyncLift" (the "App").
The App handles the following information:
We use the collected information to authenticate accounts, store and display training records, provide template and friend features, retain app settings, verify consent status for the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and delete data upon account withdrawal.
Information required for authentication is transmitted to and stored by the authentication service Clerk. Profiles, training records, templates, app settings, friend relationships, friend requests, and records of consent to legal documents are transmitted to and stored on the operator's backend servers. Avatar images are stored in image storage managed by the operator.
To keep you signed in, the Clerk session token is stored in the secure storage area of your device. The theme is also stored on your device so that it can be reflected in the display before and after sign-in.
Users found by your public user ID, recipients of friend requests, and approved friends can view your public user ID, profile name, and avatar image. Approved friends can view your training records. Templates, app settings, email address, and authentication information are not disclosed to other users.
To set an avatar image, the App requests access to your photo library or camera in response to your action. Only the image you confirm as your avatar, among those you select or capture, is transmitted.
The only notification the App sends is the rest-timer completion notification. Delivery of notifications requires the in-app notification setting as well as OS-level notification permission on your device.
The App does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the scope necessary for the authentication and storage described above. We do not serve advertisements or perform usage analytics.
You can delete your account and stored data from "Withdraw" on the settings screen. Upon withdrawal, we delete your profile, avatar image, training records, templates, app settings, friend relationships, friend requests, and records of consent to legal documents.
This Policy may be revised as necessary. The revised content applies from the time it is displayed within the App.
